As the name implies, our hospitalist physicians specialize in the medical care of hospitalized patients.

Approach to care
A hospitalist physician is an exciting and relatively new field of healthcare. Our hospitalists work within the hospitals, caring for patients who are hospitalized for a variety of reasons. Our hospitalists provide personalized care for the hospitalized and coordinate their care with other medical specialists when appropriate. In addition, they are actively involved in the operations of the hospitals and work side by side with their staff. This allows them to suggest and implement standards or protocols to improve patient care and inpatient flow.
