Midwest Physician Centers are located in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. To better convenience you and your employees, our Occupational Medicine program is located in multiple facilities in convenient areas including Olympia Fields, Orland Park, Crestwood, Bourbonnais, and two Chicago locations in Beverly and Bridgeport.
