Overview
Our physical therapists are accredited and licensed to evaluate and create restorative programs to regain loss of function, lessen pain and prevent disability following surgery, illness, or injury.
Approach to care
Loss of function and/or mobility after surgery, illness, or injury can be a frustrating experience. Our licensed and highly skilled physical therapists are here to help patients regain their function and lessen their pain. Our therapists will work directly with the patient and utilize therapeutic and skilled interventions to address physical problems and promote recovery. Key components of care involve the evaluation of the patient, establishing appropriate goals, and then working together to achieve these goals. Additionally, our physical therapists work closely with primary care physicians as well as specialty physicians--such as orthopedic surgeons--keeping them up to date on the progress of recovery. Helping patients maximize their independence and function is the most rewarding part of the job for our physical therapists.
